The mysterious tattooed Japanese superstar Hakushi — managed by Shinja — made his Monday Night Raw debut with a dominant victory over a young Matt Hardy. Hakushi's aerial style and mysterious character made an immediate impression, and his defeat of the future multi-time champion Hardy became another early Hardy WWE appearance to add to the historical record.

King Kong Bundy defeats Gary Sabauge

The enormous King Kong Bundy continued his Million Dollar Corporation run on Raw with a dominant victory over Gary Sabauge, demanding his customary five-count from the referee as always.

Howard Finkel defeats Harvey Wippleman – Tuxedo Match

Ring announcer Howard Finkel defeated manager Harvey Wippleman in a Tuxedo Match on Episode 94 — a rematch of sorts from their WrestleMania X encounter — with Finkel once again stripping his opponent of his formal attire to win.
